Not legal conditions like ESRB but conditions really based on qualities that are only seen by gamers themselves. That is the job of a tester, they see what has to be done to a game idea in order for it to become a game. The Xbox 360 (The American made console) along with other gaming consoles spend thousands of dollars on testing a game. What are they testing for? They test for bugs, glitches, errors, but also test playability, fun, and functionality of a game. This can be a very pragmatic solution in order to make money while playing video games, but you need to know a few things before you get started.
